The Infinity Club Dinner: Executive Decision-Making & Maximising Growth

  • Location:Bath
  • Venue:Royal Crescent Hotel
  • Length:06:30 pm – 09:30 pm

As the economy continues to open up, many CEOs of small-medium sized businesses are asking themselves how they can maximise growth over the next 3 years.

This is the topic that sits at the core of the Infinity Club, a network of senior business people who are leading fast growth companies. The Club operates nationally and meets locally at discrete private dining locations. Our guests are the CEOs & MDs of small-medium businesses that are experiencing or planning for fast growth. On 2nd December we are meeting for the last time in 2014 at the Bath Crescent Hotel. Over dinner we will be debating the correlation between CEO performance and Business performance.

What will we discuss?

How strong is the correlation between CEO performance and business performance?
When is the right time to switch from an operational-CEO role to a strategic one?
Looking back, what advice would you have given yourself three years ago?

During the evening, we’ll be having an open discussion regarding the correlation between CEO performance and business performance.

One of the major factors in achieving this goal is you. The problem we often hear from CEOs is that they are humans, not machines. They don’t have perfect judgement, perfect experience or perfect skills; and this makes it impossible to make perfect decisions – especially when the situations you face are new to you. This is why we started the Infinity Club – we bring local CEOs together to share issues and ideas to address them.
